Ms Chibanda is well experienced in the management of academic libraries. She is a member of the Zimbabwe Library Association, current Secretary of the Zimbabwe University Libraries Consortium, Chairperson of ZULC IT workgroup, a member of the IFLA – Africa Section, Past President of the Rotary Club of Gweru and still an active member of the Club.
